Emergency Repair, Setup disks

the w2k 'getting started' manual has more on that.

Mark,

We are certain that this machine did not come with a W2K "getting started" manual. We keep all the manuals in one large section of a bookcase and it is not there. Neither of us recall ever seeing one,

probably because of the on-screen manual.

No matter. On the on-screen manual it requests the user to create such disks using 1.44 floppies. Think it would be okay to use Zip or Jaz instead? The machine may be booted from the A: Drive, no?
