It's probably going to be a bit of a wait, the bottom may last for several months. But the world has not ended. It is the nature of the contemporary capital markets that incremental cash continues to build up even during a bear market: People continue to fund IRA's and 401K's, thinking about the tax deferrals and only secondarily about the state of the market. The phenomenon that has been much written about all through the years-long bull: the disaster of millions of smaller investors converting to money-markets and out of stocks with a simple phone call or mouse click, has been debunked by the year-old bear. So now the cash builds up like flood waters behind a dam. When the psychology once again changes, late this year or early next year (if history continues the same patterns), waves of panic buying of historical proportions may sweep through the markets so fast it will be hard to follow, even on the Internet.

Unless, of course, the world is ending...

Anyway, I think that Biotech may get some interest earlier than all that. Wish I had some resources to be buying now.
