Hi All, Just got off the phone with Rich this morning. Ken Harman has taken the position of President of the Company. He is the fellow that joined the company from Dow Chemical. They sold the Air Puff inventory for around a quarter of a million dollars. With the private placement which gave them a quarter of a million dollars, they now believe they have sufficient cash to make this thing happen. Rich said this morning that motorola has stepped up orders for the SDS Air Box. Sounds like Ken is hitting the 8 inch wafer industry hard because they do not have a reasonable alternative for packaging protection other than the Air Box technology. The problem here is bottom line yield really gets hammered when one of these wafers is damaged. Sounds like the SDS Air Box gives them a decrease in packaging damage, more than any alternative. It sounds like the company seems comfortable that earning will increase this year but is being cautious with projecting numbers. Rich also thinks he can have his internet site up this week. Lets give him a cupple of weeks.:) Joan
