If we stay out of a recession this declining cost of money will help the Dow 30.
Fact is the techs were overvalued by any measure. Additionally some began to believe that nothing could derail them. Now in hindsight it turns out that the smae rules that drive old economy valuations is driving those in the tech sector.
Wish I would have bought more MO and BRKa ;?)
