Been thinking it over......the tech economy is to blame in a large part for our problems,however I feel the Market is also factoring the impotency of this President for the next 4 years.I don't doubt that George W is a wonderful loving father,husband and son however he's not mentally up to snuff to "lead" the New Economy.
