Having been consistently wrong you have a lot of nerve calling me goofy. You, in fact may be one of the people they want clear of any decision making about a law suit. You were too close to the company and too frequently defending them. You defended Bruss and Vogel also. Pleassse! Give it a break. I didn't want a flame from you, but I suppose I should have expected it. I guess a good place to start would be to contact the folks from Cherry Hill that sued them already. There may be some insight to be gathered from that suit. I believe you can get the record by crossing the Ben Franklin Bridge and making a hard right. Follow that one block to Cooper Street. Turn right and you will see the new Federal Court on the left. If you are on Market Street just go the the Post Office and take a right. The new court is immediately behind it. TG
