Source Media stock de-listed from Nasdaq DALLAS, March 8 (Reuters) -- Source Media Inc. <SRCM.O>, a provider of streaming media content and ad sales services, on Thursday said its common stock had been de-listed from the Nasdaq National Market as a result of its failure to meet listing requirements. Source Media said its shares were de-listed as of the open of business on March 8. The company's shares closed at 11/16 on Wednesday and have traded in a range of 15/32 to $18 over the past 52 weeks. Source Media said its stock will be eligible to trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. 12:10 03-08-01
