Scumbria, you must be extremely bored these days if you have nothing else to do but take quotes severely out of context. Good thing you provided the link to my original post so that people can see that for themselves.

By the way, 460GX Merced chipset definitely does not need DDR nor RDRAM. You'll see that for yourself when the Itanium transaction-processing benchmarks are released. (SpecFP as well, since that's also dependent on memory bandwidth.)
