it encourages investment, instead of gambling. Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm starting to get used to gambling, but it's not investment. Having said that, I will state this: I continue to believe the proper entry into an "investment" requires the fundamentals and the technicals to coincide. By this I mean, the proper entry into a cup and handle pattern is necessary but not sufficient for investing.
