Re: Silite Boron is not boring and it does bore on in there <groan>. Thanks for the array of links, Will! There seems to be some question as to the tunability of these emitters. I guess with pure Si they can't but by adding Ge or C they can? I remember hearing about porous Si but this seems much more repeatable, AND the efficiencies sound good, although they didn't quantify. JF
