It's best to have a selective memory when one chooses to resort to blatant distortions, lies, deceit & particularly when one wishes to rewrite history in order to denigrate another while simultaneously misrepresenting their own actions. Of course one might risk being exposed as an unscrupulous back stabbing vermin when one forgets that every word they ever wrote is available to be used to shed light on the truth.

I doubt this will slow down the pathological one much, if at all.
