I don't think the Butchers of Tianamen Square are going to agree to a democratic government and a free enterprise economic system. And I and hundreds of millions of others are not going to agree to anything else. Actually, they would agree to a capitalist system as long as they get their cut, but democrcay is out. They've made that perfectly clear. Oh, and theocracy is out as a form of government. There are some Islamic nations that won't have it any other way. Socialism? No thanks. So don't hold you're breath waiting for world government.
