Yes, Poet ... interesting place and people, no doubt about that. I just returned from new residence-hunting, as I sold my house to take profits while they exist ... I've mentioned that to you elsewhere so I won't repeat here except to say that some of these upstanding members of this SI community <g> on self-appointed 'bonnuss surveillance crew missions' will soon need to find new satellite aerial photographs to post here of certain 'plots' in Central Texas ... along with other hints as to my personal identification ... Did you see this on the CFZ thread this evening? I think 'KeepItSimple' should indeed be commended for his or her observations and foresight. Living in the valley ... already seeing real estate go to hell, same as I think will quickly happen here because of the tech concentration ... and sweep the entire country ... maybe I'm wrong about that one and hope I am. Personally, I'm totally relieved at having 'salvaged' a fair net worth despite this carnage, and the insights/opinions/experience of many posters on boards not controlled by those with their egos heavily invested such and Voltaire and Frank made a big, big difference in my own moves this past year. I thank them all and appreciate how difficult 'going against the grain' publicly in this SI 'community' really is. Here's KeepItSimple's post for those who don't follow the CFZ ..
