BTGC, CYTO & LEXG were up for the week. However for most biotechs it was a downward slide. See biobiznet.com
"On Monday 3-5-01 biotechnology stocks in general started a decline that continued for most of the week except for a slight uptick on Tuesday. The performance of the group was hurt by several negative reports including the cancellation of a FDA meeting to review an asthma/allergy drug for a major mature biotech company and problems reported in the configuration of marketed DNA arrays by a biochip manufacturer. Technology stocks in general suffered also following a profit warning from Intel. The Amex Biotechnology Index (^BTK on Yahoo, BTK.X on SI) ended the week with a 8.90% decline as of the close on Friday 3-9-01..."
