One has a p/e of 17 and the other a p/e of 13. However, I agree that p/e is not the only measure used to value a stock. I am not trying to talk any stock down or up. I am sitting, like most investors today on losses from large cap stocks, and trying to predict the bottom in the Nasdaq. If the bellwether companies are seeing diminished revenues than I can only conclude that we are still in a correction phase for most large cap companies. We may see a rally based on the assumption of an oversold Nasdaq. This rally may continue if one of the bellwethers predicts future revenue growth or states that orders have increased.
