Yes, his thinking is pretty much stock -- exactly what is printed in the financial mainstream on at least the following 4 issues

1) No real recession this year
2) Gold going nowhere
3) Near a bottom in the Naz
4) The yen will drop significantly against the dollar

You can read any of that on YAHOO -- it must be true <vbg>

Honestly,

1) is d&mn near impossible.
2) is possible, but I'm willing to take the other side of
the bet.
3) is just plain foolish or denial
4) may happen

On to something else ...
