DAK, that will represent deep depression in today's world. The net result will be that the US will spiral into big trouble. A flourishing High Tech industry is an issue of US national security interest. A weak industry will not be able to fork out expensive R&D who is used in the most sophisticated weaponry which is also a big contributor to exports and world wide stability, many do not realize that there is a big difference between DOT.COM's and real high tech. Just think of it ........ who designs the spy satellites and cruise missiles and the avionics, naval vessels, carriers and the sophisticated C&C equipment ?
