DAK, at those levels you will have a substantial brain drain from the US to rosier places. ......... remember ? Stock Option are part of compensation. They generated a monster and now they need to feed him or face destruction. If we get to those levels for a prolonged period of time the US will be in big trouble and Precter will say "I told you so" with deep depression. US Stock are also US currency which covered up for the trade deficit. Do you know how many hundreds of billion dollar aquisitions were made overseas with US Stock? ............... ask LU, NT, CSCO VSH, MOT, AMAT, KLA, TXN and other of their ilk. Haim
