WHAT A SCENE. Has the market downturn caused such foolishness? Give'm the finger Jenna.
Don't want to read every post to see who said what, but it sure sounds like a group of whiners displeased by Jenna's success. I'm not currently a participant in her trading room though I was for several months. Irregardless of how beneficial her site has been to you or not, Jenna's efforts are prolific (relative to the great majority of SI's members) and her accomplishments the product of long hours and consistent hard work. Some of you would be better served to post less bullshit - and read the volumes of material she has generated over the past few years.
She may not be your favorite person, her posts may convey a tone you don't relish, but who gives a f**k? There are a couple dozen (maybe) on SI who have maintained a thread over the past three/four years which have been educational and not merely a semi social club. Jenna has certainly been one of the few. I don't even post anymore because it is just too much work, and I'd rather trade when I have an idea and read when I need one or call another trader on the phone. Posting is work. Those like Jenna who have kept posting should be applauded. If she sounds cocky it's likely because she's making some good cash. If this whining is about TL forget about it. As much as TL appeals to many (and I used to hang on one of his threads three years or so ago), anyone who wants to make the comparison between him and Jenna is an IDIOT. Jenna's busted her ass to become a great trader - Tim is a complete lightweight in comparison. No offense Tim - though I know you'll be pissed by this - but it's the truth. If you (i.e., anyone reading this) can't see that, then you'd better get the resume ready. It's one thing to follow others, it's a whole other thing to follow the wrong ones. Like you'd be better served the past year if you had been listening to those guys on the Clown Killers or whatever thread - you may not like them but they have been dead on for the most part. This is not about personalities. I'm probably one of the few on SI who honestly digs Black Sabbath, I even had a beer with Ozzy in SoCal back when RR first hooked up with him (but I digress), anyway, that's rock/music, not trading. I can jam War Pigs quite well but that "ability" doesn't make me any money in the stock market. You like Tim? Great! Excellent. But, over the years Tim has repeatedly tried to yank Jenna's chain - what a total waste of time. So now a few of his sycophants decide to war on Jenna's space. Makes you look as stupid as Tim - wasting time for nothing. Patricia - how many times have you defended Tim over the years? Geez - give it a rest. You look ridiculous. Jane, I thought you were kicking ass - haven't read your posts for the better part of a year, but haven't you been short and doing ok? Thought you'd have the happenest pad on the SD coast by now, not griping at Jenna like she's some new event on SI. And the guy with the "Jenna banned me" site, what's your purpose dude? Shooting your mouth off because you think some will find it entertaining? Get a new drug, your POV has run its course.
