Assuming this is a cyclical slowdown and not a permanent change in demand, Intel will benefit from investments made (painfully) in 2001. This is getting a little OT for the thread, but I can't believe PC's are ever going to get back to the heady growth days of the past. The market is saturated and constant upgrades are no longer needed. Software development just hasn't kept pace with hardware performance. All IMHO Jay
