anyone that doesn't see what is happening is totally unaware.

1. Houses see interest rates coming down.

2. They know you don't fight the Fed.

3. How can companies ever make earnings in this environment and therefore increase stock prices and the Houses inventory?

4. By DOWNGRADE UPON DPWNGRADE UPON DOWNGRADE.

For God sakes, the Houses have a FEAR BOTTOM and it is in and you will begin seeing proof of it..

Total joke on us.

Amazing how the bears will preach the cliche " don't ever catch a falling knife" but will totally ignore the most important cliche - DON'T FIGHT THE FED.

The Psychological proof of the above is - IF YOU HAD MONEY WHAT WOULD YOU BE GRADUALLY DOING HERE? Right - BUYING STOCKS, and guess who has the money for such? Yep - THE HOUSES.
