I truly doubt the authenticity of that "memo" however that has been my assumption for the last year. Online trading has really clogged up the works for institutions and made their job much tougher as they are not as nimble as us. I have truly believed that the majority of this slump was precipitated as a way to clean out the small investors/online traders so the institutions could gain control of the markets again. Some of you on this thread know that has been my position all along. Tom B.
