Hi Norm, You just explained why stock price is important. The person responsible for the Dec. 19 press release should be canned, no doubt about it. If it is as you say that Delphi is playing hardball to bring the stock price down, Orbital created the problem by that press release and the resulting loss of credibility. My opinion is that anybody coming with an offer north of $2/ordinary now could probably succeed. Dilution now would suck because of the stock price - with a private placement they probably couldn't get more than the $1.28 they did last time.
