Maurice, let me first say welcome back from your respite. I trust your perspicacity with G* current incumbency is well understood.

Moving on. I have a question? Is taking to flight replacing your bruised portfolio. At least your in something that goes up.

Addressing iridium strategically speaking. Several options is good for big government during crucial periods. However, our commercial audience has proven to be infinitesimal. At current prices permutation will stay at bay. For true metamorphosis to occur renaissance will require FULL sp support.

Since Bernie took to long swallowing his hauteur. We are now faced with this recent spate of lawsuits which hopefully will weigh melancholy on all interested controlling parties. One can only hope this will act as a catalysis to better times.

I agree that vanquish of direct competitor's should be paramount in any corporation. However, not necessarily when your own foundation is at risk. Second, unfortunately those cloister judges will be weighing our very interest in G*.

In regards to Bernie's inept marketing abilities. Hopefully Bernie has truly learned his lesson about Marketing. If "BIG IF" Bernie does not intervene in marketing going forward maybe G* can become successful in it's endeavor's.

Globalstar needs to sell really cheap to generate huge minute sales and get customers stampeding to buy handsets. I FINALLY AGREE 100% . That way data can be our gravy instead of our salvation.

Maybe someone on this thread knows with 100% certainty if additional license's can be issued to competitors?

Lastly, the pundits are saying on the tv that the magnitude of this market correction can be compared to the drop of the 70's. It took seven years to correct back. It will be interesting to see how quickly this recovery will take.

Having mentioned that and knowing the current economic climate has created a freeze in spending. I view this as a STRONG POSITIVE for companies with there hardware in place.

Globalstar has it's hardware in place. As outlined in several news briefs and through demonstration the system is functioning very well.

Gateways continue to come on line and retailers continue to sign on albeit at a snails pace. Issue on a macroeconomic scale continue to be addressed. Clearly G* has a mission going forward in the CDMA arena.

So where do we stand? Our fate in G* remains a mystery at best. I'm still waiting.
