Interested in your comment that "there is a way of placing your hedge position in your RRSP....". My understanding is that you are not allowed to short stocks in a RRSP, so how do you set up the play ?

On another point, I attempted to set up a convertible/hedge play in my TD Greenline account, and was told that they would not do it unless the value of the position was $100,000. Anyone know if other brokerages have the same policy ?

Regards
