WEBM was upgraded to buy today on its alliance with ITWO.. we had to wait till that news wore off, but WEBM.. actually has potential but now at 11:16 a.m. on the 5 minute chart WEBM has just broken a rather lengthy consolidation to the downside.. and it looks like at least a short term short is possible.
