The reason, I believe, your are not getting the type of activity in this stock is the company manages their public relations differently than ISSM. First of all they do not pay or have any deals with outside news letter folks that I know of. They do not make press releases unless there is some real teeth in the information to the public. Like numbers, siginificant management announcements. etc. An example of this is I had to dig in the last quarterly report for the contacts Ken Harman had made and orders for test SDS boxes from Lucient, HP, etc. ISSM would have made a press release with this information.

This is my observation as to why the stock does not have the same type of activity as some other penny stocks. But on the other hand the stock price will go up as the management increases revenues, which gives us a much better fundamental foundation for the stock price.
