Thread- Well well. The PR staffs do it again and again and again giving technology investing a black eye. As I posted above ("who wrote" on Dec 26, 2000) marketecture was greater than reality as indicated in this newest release (below) out of Enron and Blockbuster.

It's really amazing how often companies come out and announce some "ground-breaking" broadband ideas with no mention of solving the last mile problem first. -MikeM(From Florida)

Blockbuster, Enron Terminate Exclusive 20-Year Agreement

DALLAS -- Blockbuster Inc. terminated its exclusive services agreement with Enron Corp.'s Broadband Services unit.

Last July, the companies singed a 20-year exclusive agreement to deliver Blockbuster's entertainment service on demand through Enron's network.

In a press release Friday, Blockbuster....yada, yada, yada...
