Sharck or Velo: Hey guys. A Quick question - have either of you ever seen anything like this on the ISLD ECN - MONSTER block buys (5000 shares each block) all at -3 cent increments??

I'm refering to OPWV...These monster bids have been in since the Friday...Any opinions? Thanks!
