Looks like a nice buy point. Found this one in IBD's new highs for the week section. Great earnings. Great P/E. Refineries in the energy starved California region. Mostly asphalt but I found it in the energy sector. Not enough volume realy but still worth risking $1650.00 for 1000 shares.
