I watch mainly for the crossover which tends to get me in to early, but playing options is OK just as long as not playing closest month.

I think you just can't buy stocks and expect them to go up... I'd wait for a bottom like in gold to be a buyer.

Traders market right now long and short... IMO

EDIT big volume here could be a ST bottom...
