1. can anybody point me to a link that shows how to configure ms outlook for both mail and newsgroups?

2. i'd like to upgrade memory a bit. i have an hp amd 550 box with 128 mb dram. how can i tell what whether it's pc100 or 133 and how can i tell how many pins w/o opening the box and counting? does hp have proprietary memory? tia...
