With CSCO down from 82 to 19, how much more downside can there be?

Plenty. This is the "institutional darling" of the past 15 years and when the mighty fall, they fall hard. With NT at P/S = 1.74 currently and still dropping, I have no reason to expect CSCO to hold even at P/S = 3, which is where it would be at a price of about 11, ceteris paribus.
