So he is in a rush to reverse this as well. That is exactly what is working against him. A small miscue here (tax cuts) a small miscue there (defense spending) another small miscue ( revenue shortfall) and all of a sudden his whole program blows up in his (Republican) face and its back to the ranch in Texas. Downside economic behavior is a big negative for any President. Just ask George Sr., or H. Hoover. J. Carter. Jerome
