You can call IBM's New Hampshire x-ray mask operation
commercial or not, the same for Canon/Hoya. Point is, we
have gone from that level of activity to lack of that
level of activity from corporate sources (as opposed to
government and academic), and that is a negative for any
who are interested in trying out the technology.
