If you want to implement that seeding variation, go right ahead and anybody that gets a 16th seed over a #1 deserves to have an advantage. Actually, I believe a system like that one rewards the astute fan who can spot the 10-13's that can beat the 4-7's.

BTW, anyone out there picking a 1 or 2 to lose the first round?????? ;)
