G., Didn't get much of an explanation. My guess is that Tomasso is a short term option trader; looking to scalp a few points. In order to overcome the bid/ask spread in a relatively illiquid contract, he may be looking to stimulate some buys so that he can sell those which he's holding. There's got to be easier ways to make a buck. Ian.
