I got the following notice(below) from paymybills (now paytrust). It says..."Your new monthly fee will be $10.95,
which includes up to 30 free transactions*

* Note: Effective with this new plan, receiving
a bill and paying a bill are considered separate
transactions. Notices are not counted as
transactions.


In other words you can only view and pay 15 bills for $10.95 (and that is the discounted price), pay $1.00 to view and pay each additional Bill. Looks like the Model is breaking down..
