Dear Nadine: When you cut rates you automatically cut taxes for everyone who PAYS taxes. So those paying will get a cut. As to Medicare and all, its in his plan. He has been in office only about 51 days and is taking them on one at a time, started with Education, now its taxes, after that something else. GW will plod through the program one step at a time, be patient.
As to the strike, anyone who DIDNT stop that NONSENSE would have been UNFIT to be a leader. Our nation is teetering on the brink of a recession due to the Clinton Excesses and the last thing we need is a strike to effect our airlines. A lot more than people fly, goods do too. Union picked a bad time to pick a fight.
Campaign finance reform, I believe GW said he would take care of that in July. Whats the RUSH no elections this year. Lets get first things first.
Patients Bill of Rights, seems to me something is going on in that area right now.
Bankruptcy reform, I agree with you, I dont know WHICH politician is trying to screw us though. The banks and all have flooded them all with money to get their vote. They send these credit cards out to everyone, encourage them to spend then want to harness the for LIFE to pay off crushing debts. A pox on them all. JDN
