I was doing buy-writes in the $90-150 range and got my shares called away every single time. It was crazy, front month at the money paying 10-15%. Tried to catch a falling knife at $13-14, but that's not going too well. I'll just patiently keep writing more calls and rolling the procedes into more of the common. If it hits $5, I'm going to buy 10-20K and write the '03 $5 call on the whole lot (I only have about 1500 shares now). That would give a cost basis of about $2.50 on those shares. You'd think it couldn't go any lower than that in 2 years, but this market is humbling. Best of luck.... chic
