Chip - you probably have a point, in our locale, older, reasonable, homes appear to be holding their value better than some of the 'bubble priced' housing.

Our only debt is our house, and its well in proportion to our ability to meet the obligation. In other times we might even take our cash and pay out the mortgage but I like having a big buffer of cash around me.

Sue and I have always been less extravagant than most folks we like, so we will weather any storm well I am sure.

also Hope we don't see the down targets these charts are projecting.

I hope not either, but I'm sure that folks around here will trade wisely in any case.
