Mother has informed me that Alan Greenspan has been driven mad by a brain wave modulator implanted in his briefcase.

The difficulty is that the Ministry has been precluded from disabling the modulator due to "short" waves being transmitted by one diabolical Mr. Ursa.

If you could be so kind as to arrange for Mrs. Peel to join you on your planet, we have determined that we may block the short waves utilizing the hole in our ozone layer.

Once our mission is accomplished, the modulator is disabled and Mr. Greenspan regains his sanity, the markets will recover, and thus your portfolio.
