Heinz, based on Plam Beach News Paper recount Gore should had won the election in a true recount and statistical analysis (was done before in Florida)as he gained over 6000 votes in Palm Beach.

As a republican tilted US Supreme Court nominated a President and not the people the market went south as many lost trust in the system. Aggravation and disappointment from the true election results, froze many and with just in time inventory the vicious cycle began in span of an inventory turn.
