K.Ramesh. The record date of the Intel Stock and warrant is on June 10, 1997. It is strictly a bookkeeping event. You can buy the stock or warrant all the way up to July 13, 1997 and you will receive an extra share or warrant for each. If your stock or warrant is at a brokerage it will automatically go into your account. If you hold your stock or warrant at home, the extra stock or warrant will be mailed to you.

You should read this thread more often. This has been posted numerous times before.
