LOL, Folks expect rate cuts to lead to a sustainable market rally as if it has anything to do with the massive overinvestment that has gone on. Most companies will continue to cut back spending IMO... as an economist once said after an investment lead boom: "We need more people to go to the theater, not more theaters"

Well, some companies are going to have to make a few rubbles on their investment in the net before they spend another dime IMO... doesn't matter what the cost of money is.
