Looks like Cramer is making a great case for the bottom in techs... Hard not to anticipate a bottom after an impassioned plea like that. Anyway, if one's portfolio were restricted only to techs, what makes him think they would be smart enough to listen? I withdraw the question. Maybe Cramer himself has the overloaded portfolio...
