Raise taxes and give more money to the homeless. Confiscate more wealth. Pay teachers 100k. Break up MSFT and all other companies who have more than 1 million in revenues. Create the bureau of Health. Create the Bureau of Prescription drugs. Create the bureau of advanced and important critical thought and pay each person there 2ook. Lower the salaries of CEO's and bring in more people from other countries who can not speak English.
All of the above would certainly solve all the problems
