Haim, re your message on the SUNW thread, I worked in France for several years recently and still predominantly follow the francophone news from Europe, partly to stay in touch with the language and partly to have a clearer view of certain things. What you were saying about the European's view of that election circus is very true. And it wouldn't surprise me if this has had a negative effect on their investments in the US economy. Mind you they thought the Klintoon/Starr show was a joke, but while une pipe dans le Bureau Ovale was only a laughing matter, the woeful incompetence displayed by our "democracy" during the elections is another matter.
