Described in the thread......... the last two offerings for BTRN were poorly timed. Shares were sold at a discount to market, and I was big-time ticked. Moreover, the investors bailed early and in the open market.

Soon after the last funding, we hit the sector rally. BTRN got a bit too fancy, and missed the window. They always seem to overestimate their capacity to generate investor interest and respect, and they've waited for a better share price to sell shares when the share price was pretty damn decent.

I guess that's one reason that I like them......... they consider their work to be of great value. So do I.

However, it's added up to one big, naive mess.

Bottom line....... there's more dilution coming than was necessary. Very frustrating...... I expected (1) MEDI to move faster, and (2) to therefore have "yes or no" data in hand by now for 507. Now we're caught trying to support a long-term program when the near-term promise is in the slow hands of Young et al.
