Nobody should have to shut up about any crime committed against them. The press is only looking for stories that will sell so they tend to sensationalize alot of stories. It's more interesting copy if the story is about blacks being attacked. They are interested in selling newspapers.

I heard a story about a black man who had a top level job at a Bay area company and he drove a Mercedes. He was pulled over by the cops so much he was late for work, meetings, etc. Finally, in desperation he went out and bought an old junker of a car and the problem stopped. That's a sad story.

I have a friend that is black and drives a jag and a Range Rover. She has the same problems cause she visits friends in East Palo Alto. Most of the cops know her now so they wave her on but she can tell when there's a new hire! LOL I tease her and tell her that driving the jag in East Palo Alto is downright asking to be hi-jacked!
